We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from European Tiles If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition. If you require European Tiles to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).
If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, European Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.
Also goods which have {sp} Special Order on the details page of the product are non refundable.
